We would like to inform you that, effective January 1, 2027, we will be adjusting our software service fee from the current 21% to 22%.
We are aware that we already adjusted the flat fee by 1% at the beginning of 2026. The fact that we now have to increase it once again next year is not an easy decision for us either—but unfortunately, current cost trends leave us no other choice. In recent months, costs have continued to rise—in some cases significantly—in nearly all areas necessary for the support and further development of our software. These include, in particular:
- higher energy and electricity costs
- Increased personnel and wage costs, particularly in support and development
- increased costs for IT security and data protection
- General price increases for licenses
The software service fee continues to guarantee you the full range of services you can rely on—including ongoing maintenance, support, security updates, and the continuous development of QuoJob. Unfortunately, this additional adjustment is now necessary to maintain this level of service in light of current cost trends.
The new flat rate of 22% will take effect starting with the 2027 billing cycle.
