Server license This license type is the master license for operating QuoJob on your own server or as convenient QuoTec hosting on the server farm. The server license is therefore essential for operating QuoJob.

Power user workstation The Power User license is a full license and provides access to all modules and features of your own QuoJob version. For Power Users, you can create and manage different user groups. Of course, you can also set up individual rights. This license is ideal for CEOs, CFOs, PMs, ADs, key account managers, back office staff, and contact persons. This license type has access to the Controlling area. Reports can also be defined according to user groups.

Non Power User The Non Power User license is the “smaller” license and offers limited access to your own QuoJob version. Of course, different user groups can also be created and managed for Non Power Users. It is also possible to set up individual rights. This license is ideal for graphic designers, programmers, copywriters, editors, and freelancers. Sensitive modules such as HR, Controlling, and Accounting are not accessible to Non Power Users. This license type cannot create contacts and jobs and does not have access to the Controlling area.

MyTime / Time recording license The MyTime user license is purely a time recording license and gives the user access to the My Time module of their own QuoJob version. This license type only has access rights to MyTime, Extras, and Hour Cancellation/Editing. REST API Allows data to be exchanged with external applications such as time recording systems via standardized functions. The protocol is JSON-RPC, so that applications for virtually all platforms, including purely browser-based systems, can be connected. Users of the external application must log in with their QuoJob access and can only access data for which they also have authorization in QuoJob. This ensures an optimal level of security in connection with transmission via https. The module is set up and configured by an experienced technical administrator from QuoTec GmbH during a 2-hour online project management meeting. This appointment is a necessary part of the professional use of this extension and is billed separately, including proof of performance.
