The abbreviation ‘FV’ actually stands for invoice proposal. An invoice proposal is a draft for an invoice. The document is similar to an invoice, but does not yet have a generated invoice number and can therefore still be edited. You can either create an invoice proposal directly with the quote or create it freely. In the “Accounting” module, you can display and check all billing proposals and, if necessary, invoice them directly.
