- The scan function is now available in the QuoJob app
Accounting
- If the due date is before the invoice date, these can no longer be saved
- The e-billing address can be stored under address
- E-invoices are now validated when printing. If the validation fails, a corresponding error is displayed
- A different electronic address (e.g. routing ID) can be stored for the recipient at the billing address
WKR
- Mass printing is possible after all WKRs of a run have been invoiced
- Mass printing now hides options that are not available in e-bill
- New note when sending if only the XML is sent for some invoices
- The validation of e-invoices now also works in mass printing. Mass printing is only possible if all e-invoices have been successfully validated
- Mass mailing now sends UBL and Peppol as XML with the same name as the PDF (apart from the extension)
Controlling
- Individual rights can now be defined for individual reports (previously there were rights for “Working time” and “Time booking details”)
- There are further selection options in the sales development report: New level of detail “Employees” and new optional column “Hours”
Admin
- Module body types: New admin option for the module. You can now choose whether the build-up services should only be valid for the offer or whether they can also be selected in the lesson booking and in the task, as before.
- The commercial register can now be specified in ADMIN->Accounting->Client
API
- The API-Connector forms now also support multiselect fields
Jobs
- You can now predefine a title for the title of the LNW in the admin. A few placeholders have also been implemented.

- General exemption has been activated
