What are QuoJob changelogs?
QuoJob changelogs are the continuously updated logs that document all new features, improvements and bug fixes in the QuoJob software. The software is constantly being improved through regular updates so that you are always at the cutting edge of technology and can make your work processes more efficient.
Version 4.115
New DATEV invoice data service 1.0 interface available – financial accounting data is transferred to DATEV at the touch of a button.
Jobs
- Proof of performance: Added option to display numbers in time format
- Proof of performance: You can now select the subjobs
- In the job dialogs for the headlines and text blocks, you can see which documents the objects are used on.
- If you set a callback date on the offer, this creates a ToDo for the PM when the offer is saved.
Retainer
- You can now set the retainer flag directly in the list without having to open the booking mask.
- In the job, you can now also view the bookings of the worker jobs in the hours tab if it is a retainer job
- The transfer to monthly retainer intervals can now be reset.
- You can now reactivate closed retainers via the contract editor.
- For monthly retainers, the interval total is reset to the default value if the billing proposal is deleted and neither the interval nor a subsequent interval has been completed.
- Locking and resetting a retainer interval now works via the “lock” icons in the interval table.
PM Professional
- Series dates are now also displayed in the Kapa view
- The “Online meeting” button for task deadlines has been added to the task editor.
- The capacity is now also shown in the task import.
- The job is now also displayed for the appointments in the Kapa view
- Notifications about status changes of tasks now contain a little more information in the message body – e.g. the user who changed the status.
PM Basic
- Inactive employees can now also be selected in the Kapa Report
MyTime
- If the “Inform PM” checkbox is selected on the time booking, the corresponding internal message is forced – i.e. it is sent even if the PM has deactivated the message.
Calendar
- PERFORMACE The loading of appointments in the sick note over longer periods of time has been accelerated.
HR
- If compensatory time off and overtime have separate accounts, they are now also displayed in two different columns in the Working time report.
Accounting
- Outgoing invoice – for customers with active DATEV interface -> check whether due date is before document date (leads to import errors in DATEV)
- WKR item: “Send e-mail” checkbox can only be changed in the mail preferences when editing WKR items // The corresponding checkbox can still be clicked when creating new WKR items
- WKR run: If e-mail dispatch is not permitted, a link now leads directly to the mail details
Controlling
- The Access rights report has been given a selection for employee access and employee status.
- List width in the selection of the distribution list report increased
- You can now also display the worker jobs in the Retainer Report
Extras
- The selection for the weekly hours notification now works in combination. This means that you can select teams, units and employees separately. The result set is added together.
Admin
- The order confirmation dialog in Admin now provides an additional line for the agency name.
- You can select a default rating in the admin, which is automatically set when new offers are created.
Version 4.113
The new QuoJob app can be used from this service pack onwards. It will be available in the App and Playstore in the next few days.
Jobs
- Store proof of performance as a job document newly implemented as a feature
- The budget manager is either pulled from the contact or higher-level job according to the admin setting “Default budget manager for new projects:” or remains empty.
- Retainer invoices now receive the external job title as the invoice title by default, just like normal invoices. Previously, the name of the retainer item was used.
PM Prof
- In the capacity display for task creation, the bar is now also displayed in red if no working time is available
- All appointments are now displayed in the Kapa view in PM Prof.
- New internal message for task dependencies. When a predecessor task is completed, the person responsible for the successor task receives a notification. The notification must be activated by the user in the Extras -> Messages -> Internal messages module.
- In the task editor, the subtask list is now sorted in ascending order by deadline.

Jobs
- The job select box now also shows the job contact of middle and lower jobs in “Show contacts” mode if the job above is assigned to another contact
- For task templates in PM Basic of a project plan template, you no longer need to define a person responsible. When importing a project plan template without a person responsible, the active user now becomes the person responsible for the tasks.
- In the Retainer Control Center, a lock icon now indicates whether an interval has been completed or not
- Warning message in the outgoing invoice if not all hours have been confirmed.

- In the appointments, if the appointment contains external participants, there is now an icon that can be used to send invitations to the external participants. This feature is only available if NO Exchange connection is set up, as the invitations would otherwise be sent twice.

PM Prof
- In the task editor (expanded view), the template selection is now grouped according to project plan template affiliation. Task templates from project plan templates can no longer be deleted there.
- The deadline in the job task list is no longer colored red if the task has already been completed
- The capacity calculation now takes into account the time zone of the user/team. Set a different time zone for a user via the client and create appointments with a time shift to a different day. Capacity should always calculate the appointment/task in the time zone of the responsible person/participant.
- In the capacity view, there is now a tooltip on the daily distributed hours on mouseover
- Task deadlines are displayed in PM Prof on the Employees tab.
Controlling
- In the sickness report, it is now possible to filter by historical unit assignment.
