Subtasks now clearly sorted
In the Job → Tasks, Task editor and Task structure views, subtasks are now consistently displayed by their sort number – no longer by internal ID or deadline.
Team tasks can be booked for everyone
More flexibility in the team: team tasks can now be booked for all team members – without any restrictions.
Comments sorted chronologically
You will now always find the latest comments in the task editor – for a better overview of ongoing projects.
New admin setting
If you wish, you can now automatically transfer the task description from the service type – ideal for standardized processes.
Many improvements also in the area of capacity
- Faster loading in the frontend and for appointments – with new loading indicator
- New button: “Next week” so that you can plan ahead more quickly
- New display options: Show/hide dates and totals column in the capacity view
- Your selected display options are saved – so you stay efficient.
- Every PM user can now view their own capacities and thus have an overview of what is planned for them in the coming week, for example.
- Phase backlog without capacity calculation
