As you would expect from a service-oriented company with a focus on customer benefits, our agency software QuoJob is not only available as a web-based application, but also as a “pocket-sized” app. Having already undergone an extensive relaunch in the past and enhanced its functions, we now have another practical tool at your disposal.
Your agency software for on the go
With QuoJob in app format, you can already conveniently track your time, manage contacts, edit tasks and manage to-dos. No appointments are lost as you always have your QuoJob calendar to hand. This synchronizes with your browser version as well as with your Outlook and Teams appointments via the Exchange module.
We are now pleased to introduce a new additional function in the QuoJob app: From now on, all app users have the option of photographing receipts directly with their smartphone, saving them securely and sending them conveniently to a mailbox. This makes the mobile use of our agency software even easier and more efficient.

Important information on the price adjustment
With the addition of this new function to our app, adjusted prices apply as follows:
- New customers: The price for the app increases to EUR 580.00.
- Existing app customers: The software service only increases by EUR 20.00 per year.
- Cloud customers: The monthly price increases by EUR 4.00.
We are convinced that the new function will offer you real added value in your day-to-day work and we look forward to making your work even more convenient.
As before, the app only needs to be licensed once and can then be used by all your employees.
