OCR recognition (optical character recognition) automatically captures the invoice (or document) including all relevant fields such as supplier, vendor number, net amount, VAT, gross amount and much more. Thanks to the AI, the system learns the structure and layout of the invoice and recognizes this immediately during subsequent postings. The result is significantly faster entry of your receipts. In our internal tests, manual entry was compared with automated entry; the result is clear: at least 50 percent time savings for you!
