For QuoJob, 2026 will be a year in which we consistently bring two things together: Fewer clicks in everyday life and a better overview of what really matters. Whether accounting, project management or HR/CRM connection – we are making targeted investments in functions that will noticeably simplify your processes and integrate QuoJob even better into your system landscape.
1) OCR pool for incoming invoices: Collect, recognize, post directly to jobs
Many teams are familiar with the problem: incoming invoices come from different channels, have to be sorted, checked and finally assigned to the right job. With the upcoming OCR Pool, we are bundling this process in one place.
What’s next:
- Central collection point for incoming invoices (OCR pool)
- Automatic text recognition (OCR) and data transfer
- Invoice items can be easily assigned/posted to the individual jobs
Why this is important:
- Less manual recording
- Faster allocation of costs
- Better overview of budget/job calculation – without Excel detours
2) Security & Login: 2-factor authentication and single sign-on (SAML) with Azure
Security and clean user management are no longer a “nice-to-have” – especially if QuoJob bundles business-critical data for you. In 2026, we are therefore significantly expanding the authentication area.
What’s next:
- 2-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security
- Single sign-on (SSO) via SAML compatible with Azure AD
Your advantage:
- More security without additional hurdles
- Easier onboarding/offboarding (e.g. when changing teams)
- Login processes that comply with enterprise standards
3) More AI in QuoJob: AI assistant for faster help and smarter workflows
AI is helpful when it doesn’t run as a separate tool on the side, but provides direct support where work is being done. That is why we are expanding the AI functions in 2026 – including an integrated AI assistant in QuoJob.
What’s next:
- An AI assistant within QuoJob that provides support with functions and processes
- Context-related help: “How do I do X?” directly in the software
- Expansion of AI-supported functions (e.g. support for routine tasks)
Target:
Fewer searches, fewer queries, less friction – but faster results, directly in the workflow.
4) Standard interfaces to Personio and HubSpot
Many companies use Personio for HR processes and HubSpot for CRM/marketing/sales. In 2026, we are working on standard interfaces to connect QuoJob even better to these systems.
What’s next:
- Standard integration with Personio
- Standard integration with HubSpot
Why that counts:
- Less duplicate data maintenance
- More stable processes between teams (e.g. Operations ↔ HR ↔ Sales)
- QuoJob becomes the stronger linchpin of your processes
What’s next?
2026 is all about us:
- Automation where manual work is still involved today (e.g. OCR pool)
- Security & scalability (2FA, SSO/SAML with Azure)
- AI support in everyday life (AI assistant directly in QuoJob)
- Strong integrations (Personio, Hubspot, API Connector)
- New user experience (QuoJob 5)
