QuoJob networks all your agency areas
The best thing about our agency software is the modular networking of all areas with each other – a clear vote of confidence from our users in customer dialog. This interlinking of content, communication, deadlines and billing not only makes your work more transparent, but also enormously effective in terms of time. This also applies to accounting, e.g. for recurring invoices (WKR). With our module with the same name, you can already store invoices in the job or project, select a billing interval and then settle the invoices in the accounting module with just a few clicks. – All without having to copy and rewrite invoices.
After invoicing, you send the individual invoices from QuoJob or from another mail system. Previously, the invoices had to be clicked on individually. In the course of an upgrade, our developers extended this function so that it is now possible to send collective WKRs. This means that you generate your WKR files and can send them to the stored e-mail addresses from QuoJob with two clicks. Since you no longer have to click on the invoices individually to send them, your time expenditure is reduced many times over – and you get what QuoJob promises: “More time for real business“.
